The Documented Life Project - Week 8 - Add a flap to your flap - With supply list!

Hello there!

This week I working on week 8 in my Moleskine planner for the Documented Life Project. The theme of this weeks (well, actually, last weeks...) challenge was 'Add a flap to your flap'. You can see the full list of challenges, week by week on the Art To The 5th blog.
 

 

I thought about this challenge for quite awhile. I knew that I wanted to use an envelope as the smaller flap on my page, I just needed to decide on something from there. Browsing Pinterest usually helps me, so I began there. I was inspired by the following tag collage from  this post.

 With this as my jumping off point, I gathered my materials. Originally I thought I wanted to use alcohol inks to color my tags with. After attempting however, I really did not like how it turned out. I had just been shopping and picked up a new (to me) product that I wanted to try out, so I used that instead. Here is my process video for the tag collage I made for Week 8. The supplies are listed below.
